Last updated: July 2026

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Stackd. By creating an account or using Stackd, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Stackd.

Not Financial Advice

Stackd is a social income-tracking app for entertainment and motivation. It is not a financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting service, and we are not a licensed financial advisor or broker.

  • ·Income figures shown in Stackd are self-reported by users and are not verified, audited, or guaranteed to be accurate, even when imported from a connected account.
  • ·Nothing in the app is a recommendation to make, or refrain from making, any financial decision.
  • ·You are solely responsible for your own financial and tax decisions. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you see in Stackd.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the posts, screenshots, notes, and other content you share (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Stackd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your User Content solely to operate the app for you and the groups you share it with.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to share it. Do not upload anything that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Community Rules: Zero Tolerance

Stackd has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is:

  • ·Harassing, threatening, hateful, or bullying toward any person or group.
  • ·Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or promoting scams or “get rich quick” schemes.
  • ·Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise obscene.
  • ·Spam, impersonation, or content that isn’t yours to share.

You can report a post or block a user from the menu anywhere content appears. We review reports and remove violating content and the accounts responsible, typically within 24 hours. Blocking a user immediately hides their activity from you.

Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on Stackd infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with: your contact information, a description of the work, the location of the infringing content in the app, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement that your notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

DMCA Agent: support@joinstackd.app

We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.

Subscriptions

Stackd Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Disclaimers

Stackd is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data shown is accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackd and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

You and Stackd agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only.

You and Stackd waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Depending on where you live, some of these provisions may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using Stackd and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above, and continued use of the app means you accept the revised Terms. Questions? Reach us at support@joinstackd.app.
